Sometimes we need to rescue an animal immediately to remove it from a life threatening situation. We must then search for a temporary home with someone that is prepared to foster a dog or cat for a short period. These volunteers are very important, they provide us with the opportunity to place a lost or abandoned pet in a safe environment whilst we search for the owner or advertise for a permanent home if necessary. If all our foster homes and private kennels are fully occupied and we have nowhere available to place a lost or abandoned animal we cannot take it.

More and more animals are being abandoned and we need you to help us now.

Please remember that you can foster an animal for a short period only. It can be for a few days to a few weeks. By doing this you save a life! We pay for everything for the animal that you will foster.
