Raised approximately four feet above street level, entrance is gained via wide steps from the street onto the terraced area. The private terraced area is totally glassed in for winter use or dur­ing inclement weather at other times of the year. During the hot­ter summer months the glass panels can be removed to make an open air terrace. The terrace is also fitted with a hot and cold air-conditioning unit. Inside the bar is a raised area suitable for either seating or en­tertainers, with a large arched picture window overlooking the street with sliding windows. There is also a seating area, which is open to the outside via a large picture window, comprising sliding panels which can be opened or removed during warmer weather. Two hot and cold air-conditioning units are fitted inside the Bar area.

Immediately next to the bar is a further unit, currently fitted out as a completely self contained studio apartment. This unit is approximately the same size as the bar area and is licensed for commercial use. There is an adjoining door from the bar to the apartment, it also has a separate entrance that leads directly onto the residential area of the local community. The bar owners have full use of the Community Swimming Pool and Pool Area.
