are two parts to La Marina, the old high street which is mainly
Spanish and the urbanisation, both have shops, banks,
restaurants. This villa is just a short walk away from the
banks, restaurants bars etc on the urbanisation. There is also a
very good local market on Thursday's and Sunday mornings.
The communal pool 
A short walk from the villa is a pool complex with a
large swimming pool and an aquapark for children. The Hillside
pub is also located on this complex. This includes a snooker
room with excellent snooker tables and live entertainment most
evenings. Nearby is the spanish seaside town's of Guardamar,
Torrevieja and Santa Pola. Alicante is 20 minutes away by car. The
airport is also a 20 minutes drive away. The villa is easy to
find as it is located just off the N332. Benidorm is a one hour
drive north and next to Benidorm is the giant theme park called
Terra Mitica. This is a Disneyland type theme park with lots of
exciting rides.

Low
Season: £375 per week
Mid Season: £400 -
£450 per week
High Season: £500-£600 per
week.
There will be a £50 deduction for bookings of one
week or more.
£100 deposit on booking and balance to be
paid 5/6 weeks before
departure, 7 weeks in advance for bookings
in August.
